Cancellation Policy
Appointment Policy At ID The Label, each appointment is intentionally reserved and prepared in advance to provide a personalized, elevated experience. We kindly ask that all cancellations or reschedules be made at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to honor the time and preparation dedicated to each guest. Late Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance Missed appointments without notice may result in limited access to future bookings.
